Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Care Services Assistant to join our team.

The role involves providing person-centered care and support to residents, focusing on meal choices and individual nutrition. Key responsibilities include assisting with meal selection and timing preferences, preparing and setting up dining areas to meet individual needs, actively engaging with residents during mealtimes, and promoting resident choice and control.

  • Collaborate with residents to understand their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and serve meals in a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Provide emotional support and empathy to residents during meal times.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated customer service skills, a compassionate and caring attitude, previous restaurant and/or commercial kitchen experience, willingness to take direction from others, reliability, shift flexibility, good time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
