Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cafe Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining and catering services.

  • This is a full-time position that requires minimum 38 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Organising and controlling the operations of the cafe to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Planning and coordinating special functions at the cafe, including events and parties.
  • Purchasing and pricing goods according to requirements and budget, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are met, maintaining clean and functional facilities.
  • Providing excellent customer service, resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising staff to achieve high performance standards.
  • Managing guest reservations, greeting customers, and assisting the front team during busy periods.
  • Developing menus, including special occasions, kids' school holidays, and burger menu, in consultation with the Head Chef and Director.
Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Diploma of Hospitality or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in a similar management position.
