Talent Acquisition Role

Green by Nature is seeking a proactive Sourcing Specialist to play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and connecting with high-quality candidates.

  • This role could be located in either Dandenong VIC or Ormeau QLD.

We are looking for a natural connector with a knack for finding great people. Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in recruitment or sourcing, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

  • A strong background in sourcing tools, platforms, and social media is essential.
  • The successful candidate will thrive on connecting with people and possess organised, curious, and proactive skills with an eye for detail.
  • A team player who lives our values and embraces change will be highly regarded.

This is not your typical recruitment role – you'll be out there mapping markets, engaging passive talent, and creating future-ready candidate communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging talent across multiple channels.

  • Sharing market insights and supporting recruitment campaigns.
  • Championing our employer brand and candidate experience.
