About This Job

We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our team as a package delivery specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of packages, ensuring order accuracy through content verification and scanning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely collect and deliver packages: Follow designated routes and adhere to strict time schedules to ensure efficient delivery services.
  • Verify and scan package contents: Confirm order accuracy during pick-up and delivery to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service: Ensure packages are securely packed and respond promptly to any delivery issues or concerns.
  • Report incidents: Notify management of any damaged goods, incorrect addresses, or other delivery-related issues.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a minimum of one year of professional driving experience and hold a valid driver's license (Class C or MR).

Education and Training

A secondary education or equivalent is required for this position.

Work Environment

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel and exposure to various weather conditions. You must be physically fit and able to lift heavy packages.
