As a customer-facing professional, you will play a pivotal role in the client's journey, enabling them to achieve their business objectives through effective relationship management and high-quality coaching, training, and expert advice.

Key responsibilities include maintaining high customer retention levels, identifying new business opportunities with both new and existing clients, and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of client commitments on schedule.

Key Requirements
  • Strong understanding of strata business processes and the importance of strata software and technology
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
  • Well-established knowledge of software migration, project management, and timeline coordination
  • Ability to utilise strong presentational and training skills to drive new and existing business

Prior experience with similar software is advantageous but not essential.
