As part of our Business Banking division, our PropertyIQ team is focused on delivering an outstanding software experience for the strata industry and our strata clients.

You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of strata business processes and the important role that strata software and technology plays.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Empowering clients to achieve their business goals through effective relationship management and high-quality coaching, training, and expert advice.
  • Maintaining high customer retention levels and identifying new business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
  • Managing internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of client commitments.

The right person will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.

A well-established knowledge of software migration is required, enabling you to effectively manage projects and timelines.

Prior experience using the PropertyIQ platform is beneficial but not essential.
