As a senior care professional, you will lead the delivery of exceptional care through management of education, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About the Role:- Develop and implement quality education and training programs to ensure staff alignment with accreditation standards
- Manage and direct the development of audit tools to analyze service provision and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct reviews of audit tools and ensure they reflect accurate analysis of service provision
- Cultivate a culture of quality and excellence in aged care settings
You are an experienced leader with a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering high-quality care. You bring expertise in staff education, compliance, and continuous improvement, with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring teams.
Requirements:- Qualifications in Nursing (Div 1) - Current registration with AHPRA and significant experience in aged care services management
- Relevant qualification in Quality Assurance or Management, or equivalent experience in aged care or residential services delivery
- Proven ability to deliver effective training and coaching in a group or individual setting
- Experience in a similar role in aged care, health, or community services
