This position requires commitment and dedication to delivering personalized care and ensuring each client's specific needs are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as showering, toileting, and dressing
  • Demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills
  • Collaborating in the completion of care plans, risk assessments, reviews, and incident & accident reporting
  • Providing support for daily routines and activities
  • Facilitating community access and engagement
  • Participating in both in-house and external activities

**Requirements:**
- Strong background in mental health
- Positive attitude
- Creative and hands on to promote participants
- Experienced in dealing with clients with behavior of concerns
- Critical thinker
- Able to work under pressure
- Must have: A car, valid Victorian Driver's License, and a Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledgeable in writing progress notes

- Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
- Schedule: 8 hour shift, Afternoon shift, Day shift, Evening shift, Monday to Friday, Morning shift, Night shift, Public holidays, Rotating roster, Shift work, Weekend availability
- Licence/Certification: CPR Certification (required)
- Work Location: In person
