Job Description:
Our ideal candidate will have current AHPRA registration, a strong nursing background, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experience and care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and utilizing your knowledge and expertise to promote best practice and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality patient care that meets the needs of our patients and their families
- Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Providing education and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of policies and procedures
- Engaging in ongoing professional development to maintain current nursing practices and stay up-to-date on the latest research and evidence-based guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current AHPRA registration or eligible for registration
- Strong nursing background and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practice
