Lighthouse Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading Aged Care facility in the Tweed Valley, offering a unique opportunity for a skilled Clinical Care Manager to join their passionate team.
About the RoleThe Clinical Manager will report directly to the Facility Manager and be responsible for monitoring training and education, leading the clinical team to meet high clinical standards, and managing the clinical care staff team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care sector, including funding and policy protocols.
- Operate independently and professionally with limited supervision, interpreting work within relevant policy guidelines.
- Understand the needs of older people, particularly those with cognitive decline, and provide tailored care services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Health, Welfare, Nursing, or Social Sciences.
- Experience in Aged Care accreditation, clinical standards, dementia, and challenging behaviors.
- Proven ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and lead by example.
- Management training and yearly management conference.
