Key Responsibilities- Support and lead the clinical team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, infection control, and relevant legislation.
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve resident outcomes and quality of care.
- Collaborate with the Facility Manager to ensure effective communication and coordination between departments.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Current AHPRA registration and rights to work in Australia.
- Minimum two years demonstrated success in a clinical leadership role.
- Understanding of AACQA (The Accreditation process for best practice clinical outcomes).
- Ability to manage and engage with all stakeholders, including team members, residents, and their families.
- Monday to Friday working hours.
