Clinical Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Manager to join our team at Prodigy People. As a Clinical Care Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and leading our clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the clinical team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, infection control, and relevant legislation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Facility Manager to ensure effective communication and coordination between departments.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Current AHPRA registration and rights to work in Australia.
- Minimum two years demonstrated success in a clinical leadership role.
- Understanding of AACQA (The Accreditation process for best practice clinical outcomes).
- Ability to manage and engage with all stakeholders, including team members, residents, and their families.
- Monday to Friday working hours.
