Job Description: As a highly skilled professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to clients across various communication channels.

About the Role: We seek an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a sales-driven Account Manager. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

  • Sales Growth: Assist in promoting and selling TMGM's products and services to achieve sales targets.
  • Client Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of one year of experience in the Forex industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering excellent client service. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): You will be expected to work towards specific KPIs to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring that your performance contributes positively to the company's overall success.
