Your Impact and ContributionAs an Account Manager at TMGM, your primary focus will be driving sales for our products and services. You will be able to provide clients with exceptional service across all communication channels. Your role will involve the following:
- Assist in driving sales by promoting and selling TMGM's products and services.
- Independently use your strong sales skills to identify and generate client pipelines.
- Build and nurture relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across various communication channels to ensure client satisfaction.
- Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Work towards specific KPIs to meet or exceed sales targets and expand knowledge of markets, FX industry, TMGM's platforms and products.
- Minimum one year of experience in the Forex industry. Previous exposure to customer-focused environments such as customer services, sales, outbound/inbound support, consulting, or similar fields would be advantageous. Willingness to learn practical financial knowledge and professional skills.
- Comfortable making high outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers. Strong communication skills or motivation to enhance them.
- Strong ownership of responsibilities; proactive, problem-solving mindset; diligent and driven to achieve results.
- Excellent overall communication abilities, including ability to adjust communication style for various audiences.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
