This position is responsible for providing individualized psychosocial support to consumers, working with the recovery model and using a holistic, person-centered approach. The role will establish links with Aboriginal communities and individuals within the Local Health District and Primary Health Network, identifying barriers and solutions.

- Certificate IV in Community Services, Mental Health, Peer Work, or equivalent and relevant to the field of work
