Job Title: Diploma Assistant Educator

Responsibilities:

  • Nurture children through playful learning and meaningful connections.
  • Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder.
  • Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day.
  • Communicate effectively and build lasting relationships with families.
  • Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room.
  • Guide children in developing a love of learning that stays with them for life.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent).
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • A warm and professional presence, with a genuine passion for early learning.
  • Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday across various shift patterns.
  • Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting.
