Teaching Lead Position Overview:
Our organization is seeking an experienced and passionate educator to lead a team of dedicated educators in our centre. As a teaching lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional educational programs, collaborating with the leadership team, and ensuring the safety and inclusivity of all children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
- Collaborate with the leadership team to observe, inform, and improve teaching practices
- Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children

Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current SA Working with Children Check
