Executive Service Manager

Nido Early School is seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as an Executive Service Manager. This role provides a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to contribute to the delivery of exceptional education and care for children.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators and supporting the development of our Reggio Emilia-inspired play spaces. They will also work closely with our management team to ensure the smooth operation of our service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care for children
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of our service
  • Work closely with our management team to ensure the smooth operation of our service
  • Collaborate with our curriculum leader to develop and implement educational programs
  • Mentor and support new educators to ensure their success in the role

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Education
  • A valid Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in early childhood education
