Welcome to Eden Academy West Lakes. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

We operate from 7:00am to 6:00pm and boasts natural play environments, open-plan rooms, abundant and age-approximate learning resources, separate playgrounds, and both indoor and outdoor spaces to cater to 120 children.

About You

You're an experienced Diploma Qualified Educator with a passion for delivering high-quality care and an inclusive work style. Your delivery of the program is designed to empower our children as independent learners, nurturing their curiosity, resilience and self-awareness. Through engaging conversation with the children, you develop their inquisitive minds, laying the foundation for their learning journey with us.

You Will Possess

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Great personal presentation
  • Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with our families and the local community
  • A desire to contribute to an awesome team
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday across all shift patterns
  • Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
