As an API developer, you will work on designing and implementing RESTful APIs using Express.js or similar frameworks. You will also be responsible for testing and ensuring best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement RESTful APIs using Express.js or similar frameworks.
  • Develop and test APIs to ensure they meet best practices and requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Programming: Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus.
  • API Development: Experience with Express.js or similar frameworks.
  • RESTful API principles and best practices.
  • Testing: Experience with API testing tools; familiarity with testing frameworks like Mocha, Chai, or Jest.
  • Version Control: Proficiency in using Git for version control.
  • Basic MESH Knowledge (Preferred but Trainable): Understanding of MESH governance and compliance requirements; familiarity with MESH-approved patterns for API design.
