Job Title: Digital Innovation Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Innovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our business.

You will be responsible for utilising your expertise in technology and software development to provide technical direction and leadership across the technology lifecycle.

Your primary objective will be to deliver comprehensive, high-quality solution designs that address technical debt, failure analysis, service performance, scalability, and availability targets.

In this role, you will work closely with our software engineers to ensure adherence to required standards and best practices throughout the development process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the technology industry and in software development and solution design, specializing in marketing, data, integration, and digital technology.
  • Proven development and deployment experience across multiple platforms, utilizing object-oriented concepts and principles.
  • Strong background in Agile development practices, covering the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working with both packaged and custom-built software, including third-party vendors and partners, to deliver solutions.
  • Skilful collaboration, business case development, and managing stakeholder relationships, with strong negotiation, communication, and influencing abilities.
