About the Role

This role is focused on supporting the implementation, management and evaluation of projects, contracts and services to contribute to the achievement of strategic and operational objectives.

  • Manage and contribute to projects which will vary in nature within a program team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors and internal teams.
  • Award and manage grants to support program initiatives.
  • Undertake initiatives to engage priority populations and improve health outcomes.
  • Evaluate projects to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in program or project management and the application of project management principles and techniques.

Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline such as health, public health or health promotion are also required, along with relevant professional experience and training.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project plans, lead cross-functional teams, coordinate stakeholder engagement, manage budgets and resources, evaluate project success.
