
Pacific Health Project Coordinator

The Asia and Pacific Health Program seeks a highly skilled professional to coordinate and manage cervical cancer projects in the Pacific. This role involves project coordination, reporting, communication development, stakeholder engagement, and administrative assistance to ensure efficient project delivery.
- A relevant tertiary qualification is essential, accompanied by subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience in providing practical and proactive project support and administrative services to project teams and stakeholders is required, including coordination of workshops and meetings, minute-taking, managing assigned actions and follow-ups, and project status reporting.
- Excellent time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to respond to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and meet competing deadlines using judgement and initiative are necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail for deliverables produced are expected.
- Sound stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders are required.
- Project experience, with an understanding of the project life cycle and development of project plans, objectives, and documentation is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively within a team, but also to take initiative and work independently while managing competing demands is essential.
- An understanding of and commitment to UNSW's aims, objectives, and values in action, together with relevant policies and guidelines is required.
- Knowledge of health & safety (psychosocial and physical) responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training are necessary.
