The Role:
  • \
  • Coordinate and complete necessary documentation in relation to incidents, security incidents, checklists and major incidents\
  • Manage weekly/monthly KPIs as per the contract\
  • Respond efficiently to service complaints and resolve matters effectively\
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and successful performance of the Security contract/site\
  • Conduct regular patrols and checks of the building\
  • Respond to codes when required and attend to any incidents\
  • Coordinate lock down and opening of buildings at set times\
  • Support management in situations of conflict & emergency management\
  • Ensure the safety of staff on site
About You:
  • \
  • A fully licensed security professional with experience working on busy sites with large volumes of people coming and going\
  • 1+ years experience as a security officer, supervisor or manager\
  • Ability and experience in leading teams\
  • Valid security license, first aid and CPR certificate\
  • White card holder\
  • High standard of professionalism and presentation\
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills\
  • Strong sense of responsibility and pride in your work
