Bookkeeper Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper to manage financial transactions and maintain detailed records.

  • Develop a system to account for invoices and payments, implement a bookkeeping process, and monitor its adherence.
  • Liaise with external accounting professionals on financial statements and tax returns.
  • Prepare reports by analyzing account transactions and trends.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting.
  • Proficiency in using XERO software.
  • Suitable accounting qualifications.
  • Strong MS Office skills in Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organisation and time management abilities.
  • Superior English communication skills.
