About The Role

We are proud of the work we do and the relationships we build. Due to recent developments, we are now recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer to lead our engineering team and contribute to our ongoing success.

This role is responsible for the engineering management of new civil construction projects commencing in the near future.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Oversee project delivery activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
  • Manage month-end reporting and cost forecasting
  • Provide technical support to onsite supervision teams
  • Oversee and manage procurement, plant, equipment, and resources
  • Conduct short- and medium-term planning to ensure overall project progress
  • Ensure overall quality management, including necessary documentation
  • Lead and support a small team of developing project and site engineers
  • Assist with commercial activities, including scope development, procurement, and subcontract management
Your Skills And Qualifications

You will have relevant experience and demonstrate capability in:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Experience managing and mentoring other engineers
  • Project Management skills are highly desirable
  • Experience across multiple construction disciplines (earthworks, concrete, piping, electrical, drainage)
  • Experience across multiple management disciplines (technical, project controls, commercials, QAQC, HSE, procurement)
