Job Overview

The role of a Senior Supervisor is critical in ensuring the success of our civil construction projects. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for managing site operations, collaborating with teams, and interacting with clients and subcontractors to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

  • Ensure compliance with project plans, timelines, and budgets by supervising and managing site operations effectively.
  • Lead a diverse team of personnel across multiple scopes of work, including earthworks, road construction, and drainage.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure adherence to all safety protocols and standards, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in civil construction.
  • Demonstrated success in supervising and leading civil teams with clear communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve, managing multiple conflicting priorities effectively.
