As a key member of the executive team, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering monthly management and board reporting, forecasting, and annual budgeting. Additionally, they will standardise information flow across the business, ensuring consistent and efficient production of meeting reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Produce high-quality, timely financial reports and analyses for the executive, board, and private equity shareholders.
- Develop and maintain a KPI dashboard to support business units.
- Perform scenario analysis to evaluate financial impacts of decisions.
- Work on ad-hoc reporting and analysis projects, including requests from PE shareholders, ROI metrics, and capital expenditure analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in corporate FP&A or professional services consulting.
- Excellent numerical and financial acumen, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong technology-based reporting skills, including proficiency in tools like PowerBI.
- Able to build constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated proactive behaviour, with a focus on constant improvement.
