Personal care specialists are required to provide high-quality care and support to residents in a residential aged care facility.

  • Deliver person-centered care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as eating, toileting, and mobility.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or equivalent).
  • Passionate about delivering person-centered care.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Hold NDIS Worker Checks or willing to obtain.
