Our organisation is seeking to engage skilled individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and support to older people.

The role of Personal Care Worker involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enables residents to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care, including showering, toileting, dressing, and other essential activities
  • Supporting manual handling practices to ensure a safe environment for staff and residents

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to have a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification.
