We are seeking an experienced HR Change Specialist to support our organization in implementing change initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR transformation processes and consultation activities.
About This Role:
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop consultation plans and coordinate inputs from various stakeholders.
- Develop consultation packs, briefing materials, guides, scripts, and FAQs to facilitate effective communication.
- Maintain version control of all published materials and liaise with internal teams.
- Assist with updates to position descriptions, SOPs, work instructions, and role statements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in change management and communication.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks.
