Mobile Maintenance Planner Position

We are seeking a skilled maintenance planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile equipment maintenance and strong planning, forecasting, and scheduling skills.

About the Role
  • This is a key position within our operations, responsible for providing maintenance and resource planning to ensure safe, predictable, and reliable outcomes.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling short and long-term maintenance for mobile maintenance equipment, adhering to company procedures and customer requirements.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Automotive or Engineering Trade Certification.
  • At least 5 years' experience in mobile equipment maintenance.
  • Strong work planning, forecasting, and scheduling skills with previous experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated delivery focus, self-motivation, and drive to support the workshop in exceeding customer expectations.
  • Intermediate Computer Literacy Skills (including MS Office Suite).
  • Experience with ERP or Maintenance Planning Systems (CMMS).
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
  • Ability to influence key metrics such as Labour utilization and Efficiency performance measures.
  • Capacity to work effectively within a team and autonomously.
