About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our fleet and retail customer equipment.

  • Coordinate timely repair and maintenance tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer breakdown requests.
  • Manage and communicate with technicians to ensure the availability of spare parts.
  • Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance on fleet equipment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Field Service Coordinator experience in a mechanical environment is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Proven experience in a high-volume scheduling environment.
  • Solid mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Requirements
  • Mechanical or automotive qualification is preferred but not essential.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical skills with a knack for recommending improvements to systems, processes, and procedures.
