About the Role

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead diverse commercial projects from inception to completion.

  • Meticulously reviewing and managing project scope to ensure all tasks, materials, and quality standards are clearly understood and executed.
  • Developing, monitoring, and adhering to realistic project timelines, including key milestones and completion dates.
  • Overseeing financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, cost control, and payment schedules.
  • Identifying and assessing project risks, including those related to indemnification and insurance.
  • Fostering clear communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and authorities.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. They will demonstrate a solid understanding of clauses related to scope, time, cost, risk, and dispute resolution.

Key qualifications include:

  • Expertise in reviewing and managing construction contracts.
  • Excellent technical construction knowledge and a solid grasp of M&E services.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and building permits.
