Senior Commercial Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to lead our commercial project. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with project managers to plan, schedule and execute projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project engineering within the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules and budgets
- Work closely with contractors, subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Monitor progress and update managers on milestones and issues
- Coordinate with team members to complete tasks on time and within budget
- Track expenses and provide regular updates to managers
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Site Manager on projects over $50 mil
- Proven experience working for a Tier 1 or 2 builder
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project engineering within the construction industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
