Job Title

Loan Processing & Compliance Specialist

Prepare and lodge loan applications via our online platform, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations. Maintain records in CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Application Preparation - Gather client financial information, prepare loan applications, and submit them for review and approval.
  • Client Financial Assessment - Review client income, liabilities, credit reports, and asset positions to assess serviceability and determine loan eligibility.
  • Stakeholder Management - Liaise with lenders, conveyancers, real estate agents, accountants, and valuers to drive timely settlements and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Client Experience & Support - Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the loan journey, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Data Integrity & Opportunity Identification - Maintain clean, consistent CRM records, identifying cross-selling opportunities and flagging leads for brokers and relationship managers.
Requirements

2–3 years of experience in mortgage broking, lending operations, or financial services, with exposure to residential, investment, and construction lending.
