Home Loan Specialist – Monash District

This in-branch role is perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with customers to deliver end-to-end home lending solutions. You'll support members from their initial enquiry through to settlement, offering guidance on a range of lending and financial products.

Key Highlights:

  • Manage home loan applications and customer relationships

  • Deliver in-person, phone, and virtual lending consultations

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for insurance and financial products

  • Work in a collaborative and community-focused team


Mobile Lending Manager – Northern Suburbs

Ideal for a self-motivated lending professional who enjoys building relationships in the field. This role gives you the autonomy to meet members where and when it suits them—including after hours—and drive new business growth across your sector.

Key Highlights:

  • Conduct lending appointments at flexible times and locations

  • Build strong referral networks and grow community engagement

  • Manage loans from application to settlement

  • Combine sales, service, and financial education


What We're Looking For:

  • RG146 Tier 2 certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Previous banking experience required

  • Cert IV in Financial Services or relevant experience

  • Solid understanding of lending processes and NCCP compliance

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive results

  • Experience working to targets
