
Senior Customer Experience Strategist

The role of Senior Professional Services Analyst involves partnering with senior decision-makers at leading global companies to enhance customer experiences. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement Experience Management solutions.
The Key Responsibilities
- Collect and document technical requirements and specifications from customers.
- Develop and apply expertise in Medallia's product offerings to meet customer needs.
- Configure the Medallia platform to ensure seamless integration and effective delivery of solutions.
- Support Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and launch processes to guarantee high-quality results.
- Provide expert guidance in client meetings, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Medallia's capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field, such as engineering, computer science, statistics, or economics.
- 3+ years of experience successfully managing and retaining clients while leveraging software skills.
- Lightning-fast learner with great problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently on low to medium complexity assignments.
- Possess passion for helping clients, empathy for their challenges, and excellent communication skills.
- Capacity to understand, synthesize, and translate between business problems and technical concepts.
- Growth-minded individual with a desire for continuous learning and proactive initiative driving improvement.
- Thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with common web technologies, such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS, and integration technologies/protocols (APIs, REST, HTTP, SFTP, etc.).
- Understanding of common security concepts and standards (SSO, SAML, OAuth, RBAC, etc.).
- Experience working in industries such as Software, Hospitality, Financial Services, Automotive, B2B, and/or Retail.
