We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our team.

About the Role

This is a key position that will involve deploying and managing our feedback platform for leading global companies across various industries.

You will work with senior decision-makers at some of our largest clients on mission-critical tasks, helping them improve customer experiences.

You will have exposure to cutting-edge technology and tackle real business problems, gaining expertise in software implementation and servicing.

In addition, you will work with great colleagues, developing your customer-first mindset and learning about positioning compelling product features to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting customer requirements and creating technical specifications
  • Configuring the Medallia platform to meet customer requirements
  • Supporting QA, client UAT, and launch processes
  • Providing support in client meetings by leveraging in-depth knowledge of Medallia's platform capabilities
  • Partnering with client teams to resolve technical issues/inquiries
