Senior Vice President of Product Management

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President of Product Management to lead our product strategy and drive growth in the crypto industry. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for setting a business strategy and translating it into innovative and successful products.
Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams to ensure the transition from product strategy into a prioritized product roadmap.
- Lead strategy sessions with the Leadership team to translate big ideas into roadmaps and meaningful action with Product and Engineering teams.
- Crypto Market Expertise
- Engage with the company Board of Directors, crypto protocols, and thought leaders to learn about the latest trends in crypto, share ideas, and translate those learnings into ideas for action at the company.
- Team Leadership
- Attract, recruit, and retain fantastic product talent.
- Help product leaders to grow and build clear career paths for their continued progression in our organization.
- Product Performance Metrics
- Set the appropriate objectives and metrics to track product performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Crypto Fluency
- Crypto-fluent, aware that there is more to crypto than Bitcoin, and have made investments of money and time to learn more about this ecosystem.
- Product Management Experience
- Expert in product management leadership, ideally in a high-growth organization.
- Experienced in effectively leading, inspiring, and hiring remote, distributed product teams.
- Leadership Skills
- Collaborative and build strong relationships across all corners of the organizations in which you work.
- Decisive and comfortable working in ambiguity.
- Education and Experience
- 10+ years of experience in product management, 5+ years in senior product leadership.
