About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our leadership team at Myer Sydney City. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales and service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional with a proven track record of success in customer service and sales leadership. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of sales and service professionals. You will also have a strong understanding of the retail industry and be familiar with the latest trends and technologies.

  • Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fashion department
