About the Role

The NSW Department of Customer Service is seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Division, you will be responsible for the strategic development and ongoing management of our property and colocation portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Associate Director in leading and managing the property, colocations, facilities, and finance teams
  • Oversee contract and relationship management to ensure strong governance and working relationships
  • Lead complex negotiations for contract variations, renewals, and negotiate new leases and licenses
  • Collaborate with senior management to improve property processes
  • Provide high-level support to site acquisition, environmental design manager, and teams associated with the PSN In-building coverage licenses

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive knowledge in Telecommunication/infrastructure property
  • Knowledge and/or experience in governance policy and procedures in a highly regulated industry
