Senior Transformation Expert

• This role involves leading or contributing to proposal development activities to shape, scope and win new packages of work.
• You will manage the planning, forecasting and delivery of work in line with an agreed statement of work.
• The successful candidate will lead and enable a team throughout the delivery of work, inspiring, supporting and developing their team along the way.
• Key responsibilities also include contributing to and sometimes leading the reporting of status up through the project and client governance structures, including identification and managing risks and issues associated with your stream of work and across the program.
• You will shape the ongoing work and manage the delegation of work, reviewing deliverables throughout the delivery.
• The ideal candidate will engage with their Program leadership (Directors/Partners or otherwise) to ensure appropriate input and review throughout.
• Additionally, you will participate in practice related activities, acting as a career coach for team members – helping to guide them in their ongoing growth and development within the firm.

What We're Looking For:

• A change consultant and leader: You have solid consulting experience and can lead change programs working to manage and support team members.
• Experience in scoping and managing delivery of change work to a client or customer, planning and conducting workplace or organisational change in a large or complex organisation; facilitating change planning, including stakeholder identification, business impact analysis and change management planning; designing for business, including persona development, storytelling, design thinking workshops, human centred design and managing the commercial considerations of a project.
• Tech adoption experience, with a proven track record managing large scale transformation projects.
• Solution focussed: You apply functional knowledge to inform solution development and contribute to recommendations that enable the client's business agenda.
• Critical thinker with a drive to continuously improve: You bring critical thinking and structure to your work and those around you, continually looking for opportunities to improve outcome or approach.
• Ability to influence and sense the environment: You have experience in working in complex and dynamic environments, and are able to react and respond to changes and adjustments which are thrown your way.
