**Job Opportunity:**

A leading Federal Government Department is seeking an experienced Business Transformation Expert to work on a high-profile program focusing on cyber defence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business change and transformation within an integrated workforce, collaborating with stakeholders to understand, analyse and define the change vision and process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Briefing stakeholders and various Agency Boards and forums on planned Change
  • Monitoring and supervising changes to business processes and systems
  • Delivering change within Agile Delivery and Agency Governance frameworks
  • Defining programme or project benefits and assessing progress towards benefit realisation

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Ability to understand, analyse and map/model current and future business processes
  • Experience providing advice to project teams on change management processes and methods
  • Proven ability to work as a productive member of a team
  • Ability to influence others and achieve common goals
