Job Opportunity:

As a senior consultant in our risk consulting practice, you will work closely with diverse teams of professionals to deliver high-quality client services.

You will support project execution, monitor progress, and apply technical expertise and professional knowledge. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships and identifying potential opportunities for future engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery of internal audit engagements by developing audit plans, assessing internal controls, and addressing compliance, financial, operational, and strategic risks.
  • Advise clients on understanding and managing business risks, validating critical information, and staying informed on emerging trends to provide relevant assurance insights.
  • Build strong client relationships by meeting service expectations and contributing positively to team discussions with energy, fresh ideas, and a collaborative mindset.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a motivated senior consultant with 3-5 years of experience in risk transformation to support the delivery of a large, multi-year program of work.

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, project management, accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CA, CIA, PRINCE2, P3M3, or other project assurance, governance, or risk-related accreditations are highly regarded.
  • Prior experience in risk management, internal audit, risk transformation, policy review, or program/project management, along with a good understanding of project methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong report writing skills and the ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations. Flexibility to travel may be required to meet client needs.
