Property Conveyancing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing professional to join our close-knit property team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a supportive and collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document preparation for conveyancing related matters
- Maintenance of vendor and purchaser client files, both electronic and manual as necessary
- Liaison with clients and stakeholders, face-to-face and over the phone
- Processing complex property transactions in conjunction with qualified conveyancers
- Conducting legal research and processing property searches
- Finalizing client files for settlement
- Preparing for and attending settlements, including use of Duties Online and PEXA
- Ensuring clients receive exceptional service at all times
- Preparation of statements of account and invoices
