Mulcahy & Co Legal are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer who is responsible for the management of sale and purchase matters in their growing property team.

**Typical duties will include**:

- Vendor and Purchaser client file management
- Liaising with clients
- Processing property transactions and preparing statements of account and invoices
- Preparing and attending to settlements with PEXA
- Completing Duties Online documentation
- File management including opening and closing files
- Liaising with a variety of external stakeholders including legal firms, real estate agents, banks and finance institutions
- Other administrative tasks as required

**Key requirements**:

- The ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- 2-5 years' experience at a conveyancing practice or law firm
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage your own workload within a supportive team environment
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
