We are seeking a Relationship Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for building long-term relationships with customer representatives, providing vehicle quotes, and managing key administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer requests on fleet management and growth.
  • Provide quotes that deliver best value to customers.
  • Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage registration, credit requirements, and lease expiry processes.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, database management, and other MS Office products.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in data-entry and administrative work involving numbers and details.
