We are seeking an experienced and professional Fleet Relationship Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring that their fleet management needs are met and exceeded.

As a Fleet Relationship Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for managing vehicle quotes, liaising with internal stakeholders, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests
  • Manage vehicle quotes and ensure that they meet customer requirements
  • Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, database management, and other MS Office products
  • High level of keyboard accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
