
Systems Integration Expert

We are seeking a skilled Integration Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of various components and systems, resulting in efficient and effective overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the setup, assembly, testing, and installation of flight hardware
- Utilize precision calibrated tools and equipment
- Work with both large and small assemblies, applying hands-on skills and attention to detail
- Conduct heavy rigging operations for large assemblies
- Operate personnel platforms (e.g., boom lifts, scissor lifts) safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions accurately
- Perform tasks according to established procedures, specifications, and test protocols
- Apply mechanical tools without prior instruction or guidance
- Collaborate with production engineers to develop and document integration processes and best practices
- Ensure all production services are completed on time, safely, and to a high professional standard
- Conduct fluids and pneumatic testing as required
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of integration principles and practices
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
- Proficiency in operating precision calibrated tools and equipment
- Hands-on experience with assembly, testing, and installation of complex systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
